What file formats do the 3D models come in?
Most models ship in common formats like FBX, OBJ and GLTF/GLB plus native source files, ready for Blender, Unity, Unreal and more. Each product page lists exactly what is included.
Can I use the assets in commercial projects?
Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial license — use the models and assets in unlimited personal and commercial projects, games and client work. No attribution required.
How do I download my files after purchase?
Instantly. As soon as your order is complete you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email, and your files stay available any time in your account.
Are the models game-ready and optimised?
Our 3D products are built low-poly and game-ready with clean topology, so they drop straight into your engine without heavy clean-up.
Do you also sell icons and UI assets?
Yes — alongside 3D models we offer icon packs, UI kits and other digital assets, all organised by category in the shop.
Can I get a refund?
Because everything is a digital download we cannot offer refunds once files are downloaded, but if anything is wrong with a product just email us and we will make it right.
