About these terms
These terms apply when you buy or download a 3D model from modelmints.com, a site operated by VELSIA LIMITED (company number 17140721), registered in England. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy from the site.
What we sell
We sell low-poly 3D models as digital downloads. Nothing on this site is a physical product, and nothing is shipped. Each product page shows a render of the model and states its polygon count so you know what you are buying before you buy it.
Pricing
Models are priced individually and shown in US dollars (USD). Each purchase is a one-off payment — there is no subscription, no recurring fee and no credit system. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already paid for.
Your licence
When you buy a model, you get a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it. Specifically, you may:
- Use the model in personal and commercial projects
- Use it in games, applications, animations, renders, AR and VR work, and printed material
- Modify, retexture, rig and adapt the model for your own use
- Use it across more than one of your own projects
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or give away the model file itself, modified or unmodified
- Sell it on, or include it in, any asset pack, marketplace listing, template or asset library
- Sub-license it, or transfer your licence to anyone else
- Claim authorship of the original model
In short: use it freely in the things you make, but do not redistribute the asset itself as an asset.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for anything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Availability
We try to keep the site and its downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or withdraw models from the catalogue at any time. Withdrawing a model does not affect a licence you have already bought.
Liability
The models are provided as they are. We do not warrant that a given model will be fit for a particular purpose, and our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from a purchase made on this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
