Digital products
Everything on modelmints.com, operated by VELSIA LIMITED (company number 17140721), is a digital download. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to physically return — this policy explains how we handle refunds instead.
Ask before you buy
Because a downloaded file cannot be given back, we would much rather help you choose correctly than process a refund afterwards. Every product page shows a render of the model and its polygon count. If you are unsure whether a model suits your project, email info@modelmints.com before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.
When we will refund you
We will refund a purchase where:
- You were charged more than once for the same item
- The file is faulty, corrupt, or does not match what the product page showed
- You were charged but the purchase was never made available to you, and we cannot fix it
When we usually will not
We normally cannot refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind after downloading, because the model did not suit a purpose the product page did not claim, or because you bought the wrong item by mistake — though if that happens, get in touch and tell us what went wrong. We would rather hear from you than not.
How to request a refund
Email info@modelmints.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order details and tell us what the problem is. We will reply as quickly as we can, and where a refund is due it goes back to the payment method you used.
