Digital delivery only
Everything sold on modelmints.com, operated by VELSIA LIMITED (company number 17140721), is a digital download. There is no physical product, no packaging and no shipping, so no delivery address or shipping fee applies to any order.
How you receive your files
Your models are made available to you through your order once payment has been confirmed. You will also receive an order confirmation at the email address you gave at checkout, so please make sure it is correct — a typo there is the most common reason a customer cannot find their order.
If your payment has been taken and you cannot access your files, email info@modelmints.com with your order details and we will sort it out.
Payment
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Payment is taken in full at checkout — we do not offer instalments or deferred payment.
Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. If a payment is declined, the order will not complete and no files are released.
Taxes
Where sales tax or VAT applies to your purchase it will be shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Order confirmation
An order is complete once payment has been confirmed. Keep your order confirmation email — it is your proof of purchase and the quickest way for us to find your order if you need help.
