VELSIA LIMITED (company number 17140721), trading as ModelMints (“we”, “us”), operates the website modelmints.com, where we sell low-poly 3D models as digital downloads. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you place an order. We collect the name, email address and billing details you enter at checkout, together with the items you bought and the time of purchase. We need this to process your order, give you access to your files, and keep records of the sale.
When you create an account. We store your email address, a username and an encrypted password, so you can sign back in and re-access your purchases.
When you email us. We keep the message and your email address so we can reply and follow up.
Automatically. Our server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses and browser information. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Payment information
Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider at checkout and are not stored on our servers. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the billing details needed for our records.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep financial records. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for support, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email info@modelmints.com and we will action the request. Note that we may need to keep order records even after an account is deleted, where the law requires it.
