Description
Building Type B (City Commercial) is modelled in a clean low poly style that holds up well in engine.
It is 1,276 triangles, heavier than the simple props here but still built for real time.
It belongs to the Buildings and Architecture range, which covers structures and set pieces.
You get FBX, GLB and OBJ in one file. Keep the folder structure as it is and the materials load correctly.
It opens cleanly in the usual tools, Blender and Unity included.
Buy it once and use it commercially, including in client work. There is no subscription and no per seat licence to track.
