Description
Building Type E (City Commercial) is modelled simply and kept light for real time work.
The mesh is 1,509 triangles, giving it more shape detail than the smaller props in the catalogue.
It belongs to the Buildings and Architecture range, which covers structures and set pieces.
The archive contains FBX, GLB and OBJ, with the texture packed alongside every format.
It opens cleanly in the usual tools, Blender and Unity included.
Commercial use is included. Pay once, keep it, and use it in as many of your own projects as you like.
