Description
Pits Garage Closed is modelled simply and kept light for real time work.
The mesh comes in at 162 triangles, light enough to place in numbers without denting your frame rate.
It sits in the Transport range, alongside other vehicles and craft.
Your download includes DAE, FBX, GLB, OBJ and STL. Textures live beside the mesh in each format folder, so the OBJ finds its map without you rewiring paths.
It works in Blender, Unity, Unreal or anything else that reads those formats.
The licence covers commercial projects, so client work is fine. One payment, no subscription, and you can reuse it across your own projects.
