It is 152 triangles, so you can scatter plenty of them and still keep performance sensible.
It belongs to the Buildings and Architecture range, which covers structures and set pieces.
Formats in the download: FBX, GLB and OBJ. Each one ships with its texture in the same folder.
It works in Blender, Unity, Unreal or anything else that reads those formats.
The licence covers commercial projects, so client work is fine. One payment, no subscription, and you can reuse it across your own projects.
