It sits in the Objects range, the general purpose props.
You get FBX, GLB and OBJ in one file. Keep the folder structure as it is and the materials load correctly.
It opens cleanly in the usual tools, Blender and Unity included.
The licence covers commercial projects, so client work is fine. One payment, no subscription, and you can reuse it across your own projects.
