It sits in the Objects range, the general purpose props.
You get GLB, OBJ and FBX in one file. Keep the folder structure as it is and the materials load correctly.
Import it into Blender, Unity or Unreal and it is ready to use.
The licence covers commercial projects, so client work is fine. One payment, no subscription, and you can reuse it across your own projects.
