The mesh comes in at 696 triangles, light enough to place in numbers without denting your frame rate.
It sits in the Characters range.
Your download includes FBX, GLB and OBJ. Textures live beside the mesh in each format folder, so the OBJ finds its map without you rewiring paths.
It opens cleanly in the usual tools, Blender and Unity included.
